Funny for Fido is a 501(c)(3) charity created in 2005 by comedian, actor, animal rescuer and dog expert Justin Silver. For over a decade FFF has brought the country’s top comedians together, in front of sold out crowds, raising money and awareness for neglected and abused animals. 100% of the profits raised at our events and throughout the year are used to pay for veterinary care, food, training, transport, temporary and permanent housing for animals that would otherwise be euthanized.

Our Comedians

Our headline comedians include household names such as Amy Schumer, Colin Quinn, Jerry Seinfeld, Jim Gaffigan, Janeanne Gorafalo, Dave Attell, Judah Freidlander, Nikki Glazer, Chris DeStefano, Big Jay Oakerson, Yamaneka Saunders, Jared Freid, Robert Kelly, Mark Normand, Jessica Kirson, Dan Soder and many more.

Our Events

Along with the all star show, the audience gets to meet the people and adoptable animals their tickets and donations benefit. There's adoptions, fun merch, photo booths and sponsor branded drink specials. In some cities the event spans the entire afternoon with activities such as training seminars, local vendors, dog talent shows, doggie costume contests and dog trivia audience members are encouraged to participate with their dogs who are welcome to stay and play in our pop-up doggie daycare while mom and dad watch the show, making this a fun and informative event for the whole fam!
